Exercise is an amazing way to help your dog by promoting weight mangement, improving behavior, strngthening muscles and bones, improving mobility, preventing injury, and enriching your relationship! Just 15 minutes, 3-4 times per week is all you need to significantly improve the health and wellness of your canine companion.
Initial evaluation and program design is extremely thorough and will take approximately 2.5 hours. You will then have a clear idea of a beginning benchmark and how to reach the pre-determined goals with a straightforward implementation plan.
Additional skills training may be necessary to teach proper form. We will use FitPAWS canine conditioning equipment.
We offer Positive Reinforcement, force free Dog Training and Behavioral Modification. These methods are recommended and preferred by Veterinarians and the leading Animal Behaviorists.

The Puppy Primer package includes five 60-minute training sessions. It's never too early (or too late!) to train your puppy or new dog. You will learn important commands and skills:

If your dog has regressed with some behaviors or if you want to make his manners reliable, these a la carte lessons are for you. I will evaluate what behaviors need to be reinforced and determine many sessions you are likely to need. Examples would be more reliable recalls, loose-leash walking, better focus on you with distractions, solid stays and impulse control. Sessions are 60 minutes.

Agility is one of the fastest growing dog sports in the country. It's fun for you and the dogs just love it! I can provide basic foundation agility training to get you started on the right track. This will include fitness and conditioning work in addition to the basic agility work. After this 6-week initial training, I will recommend instructors that will take you to the next level using equipment.
